Shipping policy

Shipping is mostly done with Canada Post. Other delivery Services may also be used.
Please note that we have no control over delays (longer delays may occur during pandemics or other unforeseen circumstances).

Here's an estimate of fees and average business days delivery takes with standard shipping:

• Quebec (15.98$): 3-10 business days,
• Ontario & Manitoba (16.98$): 5-10 business days,
• New Brunswick (25$): 6-15 business days,
• British Columbia & Alberta (25$): 8-15 business days,
• Saskatchewan (26$): 9-16 business days,
• Newfoundland and Labrador & Prince Edward Island (22$): 10-20 business days,
• Northwest Territories & Nunavut (34.98$): 10-20 business days,

Extra charges might apply for oversized or overweight items. The previous fees and delays are estimates, and are subject to change.

The following are minimum fees for Quebec province, surcharge may apply for other provinces.

We offer free pickup of your order in our stores.

Please note that it generally takes 1 business day to process orders.

Also please note that during unforeseen events (like a pandemic), longer delays may occur.

Longer delivery time may occur for shipments outside of Quebec.

*Please note the free shipping amount threshold is higher for the following regions: Alberta & British Columbia (240$), Northwest Territories, Nunavut & Yukon (350$). Free shipping does not apply to oversized or heavy products, to some areas and territories. Shipping of products classified as dangerous, hazardous, and/or flammable is not free. 

** Heavy or Bulky items (like mascots) or items requiring special packaging may incur additional charges, you will be contacted if applicable. Also, some shipping regions/locations may occur additional charges, you will be contacted if applicable.

Please note that international shipping usually costs at least 20$CA, also note that duties & custom fees might apply. We can give you a quote, even though for the moment, Imagine Le Fun primarily offer shipping to customers in Canada. To get a quote, contact us via email info@imaginelefun.com and send us your full address. Please note that shipment outside of North America might be really expensive depending on location and product dimensions and weight.
Recipients of orders shipped outside of Canada will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. We have no control over such charges, and cannot estimate the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Thanks for understanding.
