Refund policy

 

Your satisfaction is our priority. We take care of offering you the best products, to do so we offer you the possibility to return or exchange your product, ONLY FOR ONLINE ORDERS, if the products respect the exchange and return policy. However, Imagine Le Fun is not responsible for non-compliant use of the product, and for return fees. When available, please read the policy and warranties of the manufacturer. FINAL SALE for in store purchases.

Please note that:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all returns and exchanges, unless the error is on the part of Imagine Le Fun.
• A 20% restocking fee may apply, particularly for heavy and bulky packages.

Exchanges

For online purchases only, we will be pleased to exchange or credit the product you return within 7 business days after you received your package, if not used, in perfect condition, unopened, in its original re-sellable packaging and with all the original accessories. The item must not be a finale sale item. Please note that we do not refund the delivery fees, and the return shipping fees will be at customer's expense, unless we tell you otherwise.

Returns

For online purchases only, you can return any product purchased online under the following conditions:

• Not part of the exception list (see below)
• Unopened and in a sealed package
• Unused
• In its original condition with its labels
• Authorized by Imagine Le Fun (please contact us to obtain an authorization number).
  

Return shipping fees must be paid by the customer.

We will credit your account or reimburse you. Please note that we do not reimburse the delivery fees.

Exceptions

Exceptions apply for the following items:

• Tights, stockings, underwear and lingerie
• Wigs & fake hair
• Fake teeth
• Costumes (only size exchanges are allowed for online sales)
• Oversized items that aren't sealed, for ex: canes, swords, etc.
• Makeup & Cosmetics not in sealed packages
• All Non Sealed items and/or not in their original condition.

Return Process

Please follow all the steps bellow to return your product:

1. Check if your product complies with our exchange policy.
2. Email us at info@imaginelefun.com with a picture of the product(s) you bought.
3. Please wait for your authorization number before to send us back the product. Note that any product sent without an authorization will not be accepted.
4. Once you received an authorization, pack your product carefully, insert a copy of your receipt in the package and affix the authorization number on the outside of your package (we should be able to see your order number or the RMA # on the package), and send us back the product to: 34 av. Mont-Royal Est, Montréal, QC, H2T 1N5. If located in or near Montreal, you can also pass directly in store.
5. You have 7 business days from the reception of your product to return it.
6. Shipping charges are not credited or refunded, except if we did a mistake, for example: wrong model, color, sizes or even if the product has a manufacturing defect, in this case we will replace the product and pay for the shipping charges.

Please return all your packages with a shipping confirmation number. Imagine Le Fun is not responsible for the lost or robbery of your return package.

We will send you a product back or credit your card after we receive your package. Please not that Imagine Le Fun has the right to refuse any packages which do not have an authorization number or respect the return policy.
