When an exchange or return is authorized, items must be returned within 7 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Yes, we are authorized distributers of Ben Nye, Kryolan, Mehron and several other brands of professional makeup. We only carry authentic makeup products bought directly from the manufacturers.

Unfortunately, not anymore for hygienic reasons. Our wigs can’t be tried, but some models could be displayed on a demo head if possible.

Yes, many are surprised to find out that we’re open all year round. So don’t hesitate to visit us before or after Halloween. We’ll be glad to serve you.

Unfortunately, we don’t rent costumes, wigs or accessories, we only sell. Plus, you avoid the hassle of having to return the product after. You could resell it or give to friends or family if you don’t need it anymore. Or if you really like it you could continue using your disguise over and over again. Depending on the product, you might find that some of our prices are sometimes not too far from the price of rentals.

For online purchases, we accept credit cards: Visa and MasterCard, payments through PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and for Canada only, Interac E-transfer is also available.

We do not carry party products such as balloons, piñatas, plates and other tableware. And we do not inflate balloons anymore unfortunately.
