Directions Apply to the skin with a brush or fingertips. Smudge cremes into the lash line to enhance the shape of the eyes. For a more dramatic effect, apply cremes with a synthetic brush, and apply a matching eye shadow on top. Blend the eye definers along the bottom eye line for softer definition. Set Eye Definer with powder or an eye shadow for extended durability and buildable opacity in color. Gently wipe off makeup with Quick Cleanse on a cotton pad.
