Natural white professional modeling putty that simulates bone colour for broken bones and exposed skulls. Ben Nye Bone Simulation Wax has a realistic natural white colour and firm yet pliable texture — ideal for creating realistic injury effects and recommended for disaster simulation training. Available in two sizes.
How to Use
- Remove wax from container with a Wooden Modeling Tool (MT-1) or Metal Spatula (SP-1)
- Pre-shape with fingers into irregular broken bone fragments
- Insert simulated bone fragment with jagged edge exposed into prosthetic wound
- Seal edges with Clear Latex, apply setting powder, then a thin layer of Castor Sealer to prep for colouring
- Apply Stage Blood at wound penetration; add Fresh Scab texture with a coarse-pore stipple sponge
- Finish with FX Creme Colors
- Remove with modeling tool; clean skin with Spirit Gum Remover, Quick Cleanse, or soap & water
