These dry palettes are activated using 99% isopropyl alcohol. They can be utilized to produce intense opaque or subtle washes of colour. Suitable for application on skin, foam latex, gelatin, and silicone, they seamlessly blend with the skin for a natural appearance.
Cruelty-free and vegan-friendly.
PS: Activate with 99% Isopropyl alcohol. DO NOT USE with 70% alcohol.
