Activate with a small amount of water — moisten your sponge or brush and work the surface of the cake into a rich, spreadable cream. Some colors require a little more water, some a little less. Apply Barrier Spray before application to prevent staining, and/or after to enhance long wear and water resistance. Remove with Mehron Makeup Remover, soap, and water.
