The full coverage formula was developed to withstand the utmost in extreme performance conditions, including hot stage lights. Available in a wide range of shades, skin tones, primary and secondary colors, plus black and white. It is NOT tested on animals.

How to use Mehron StarBlend Cake Makeup:
StarBlend™ can be applied dry: swipe brush or sponge (like the Mehron Face Smoothie Blender) on top of product and apply directly to the skin. For wet application, dampen brush or sponge with water, work into a creamy consistency, and apply to skin. Colors mix well by blending on the skin or by shaving dust from the container and mixing on a clean surface. Shades of red, yellow, and orange are not recommended for use on the eyes nor blue and green on the lips.
StarBlend™ lasts longer than conventional cake makeup and can be sealed with Mehron Barrier Spray to make it sweat resistant. Remove with soap and water.
