Green Sea Monster Hat that has all over printed fish scale pattern, embroidered eyes, foam backed fins on top & sides, soft sculpted snout. Pocket concealing water bulb is hidden behind right side fin. Bulb is attached to tubing that threads through top of hat to base of snout.
